Are your items real?

OF COURSE! All the items on our site are 100% Genuine, we do not deal with any fake, replica or counterfeits

Delivery

We dispatch all items recorded delivery within 2 working days of charging your order, so they are traceable. Most UK items arrive within 3 days of placing the order, and internationally please ask as this depends on the country.  If you order is international, please allow upto  28 days for delivery. Please keep your Paypal invoice, as it acts as an invoice.

Do you ship worldwide and how much is postage?

UK Recorded Delivery varies and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Rates starts from £4.95.

International Delivery is also available, this can be selected at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Before contacting us to ask about delivery of an order, please allow up to 14 days in the UK and 28 days for Europe and the rest of world.

What is your returns policy?

We will only accept return if the itme is not as described eg: wrong colour/size etc. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original and un-used  condition, which includes tags and any packaging and boxes. We w All goods will be inspected on return.

Used items returns policy?

We do not accept returns on used items unless the item is not as described on our website, please feel free to contact us on sizing and condition on the item. 

CKHK Concept can not be held accountable for the loss of incoming mail, so the goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse safely. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to  us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning or obtain proof of posting (Royal Mail's 1st recorded service or Special Delivery).
